MegaStar is a very popular ice-cream brand from the retailer Migros in the Swiss market. After a decade without evolution, our client mandated us for a complete and in-depth relaunch of the range.
The briefing was to refresh the brand image, to create an impactful packaging and to clearly differentiate the 20 different SKUs that composed the range. We were also asked to bring identity and premiumness to this range which was so far wrongly considered as a “fake Magnum”.
As the product was a well-known brand within Swiss households, we decided to keep and improve existing codes in the new packaging such as the broken chocolate pieces, the colored background and the overall generosity and tasteful ambiance of the pack - without losing simplicity and understanding of the flavor. A new Star is born!
